We will never go overtop of existing roofing.    Some companies still do this type of work, but it's not a quality way of roofing in Florida.   Going over existing roofing, will cut the life of the shingle in half and voids any warranty the shingle would have had.    It doesn't allow you to inspect the decking or to replace rotted wood.

Yes, all of our new installation comes with a 5 year labor warranty.    Repair warranties vary on the types of repairs and the age of the roof.   Keep in mind that the majority of roofing problems are caused by poor workmanship. 

Yes, we replace all rotted decking and rotted fascia.   By code we have to.  We do give a wood allowance with all our roofing estimates.  If the wood allowance is exceeded, the price will be on an hourly basis and we will take pictures of the work.
